Founder & DirectorWarrick is the founder of &Robin. Since starting his career with the Australian Taxation Office, he has worked within the private sector as a Paraplanner and Chartered Accountant. Warrick is passionate about helping business owners better understand the financial performance of their business and develop strategies for their growth.
Outside of work, Warrick enjoys keeping fit and spending time outdoors with his wife and three young kids. On the weekends, he is often sighted on the golf course or supporting his Essendon Bombers football team at Marvel Stadium.

AccountantDonna is the star of our bookkeeping team. Prior to joining the team, Donna built over a decade of experience as the Head of Accounting in various family-owned businesses within the manufacturing and hotel industries. Her expertise includes financial reporting, payroll, tax compliance, and a range of administrative responsibilities.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their young daughter. She also loves recreational activities such as fun runs, reading, hiking, and playing badminton.

Brendalyn is an experienced accounting and tax professional with a strong background supporting Australian businesses. With a foundation in computer engineering, she brings a strong technical capability and efficiency to her work in our modern and tech-focused team. Brendalyn is committed to learning new things to continuously improve her work for our clients.
Outside of work, Brendalyn enjoys spending time diving into anime, J-dramas, and K-dramas, or catching up on the latest manga and webtoon, and spending Sundays with her family at church as well as strolling along Session Road during its pedestrian-friendly events.

With a strong background in administrative support, Leslie plays an integral role in managing the daily operations of the team. She contributes her expertise, organisational skills, and dedication to ensuring smooth and efficient outcomes for our clients. Her commitment to excellence allows her to provide reliable support while fostering positive relationships with clients.
Outside of work, Leslie values quality time with her family. Every Sunday, she enjoys going to church and sharing meaningful family lunches with her husband and two young children.
